HOW TO ACTIVE REMOTE CONTROL

• When the green light is on, it is the wireless state • When the red light is on, it is the wired state • Match colors and secure • Open Protective Boot on Solenoid • Open Boot, connect Wired Remote. Close Protective Boot when Wired Remote is not connected

Cautions: • If Motor stalls, stop winching immediately. • Electric winches Pull only on parts of vehicle as specified by vehicle manufacturer applications. • Keep duration of winching pulls as short as possible: Do not use for more than 1 minute when at or near rated load. • If Motor becomes hot to touch, stop winching immediately. Allow Motor to cool before resuming. • Check tightness of all mounting hardware and electrical connections periodically. • Keep Winch clean. Remove all dirt and corrosion as required. • Do not disassemble Mechanical Gear System. High temperature lithium grease has been applied at the factory. No user maintenance is required. • When the winch is connected to the control box, make sure that the protective sleeves on the wires are in place. The wire must not touch any conductors to avoid short circuit. • To pull out the rope, move the clutch handle to the released position, slide the loop of the hook strap over the hook,then pull on the hook to pull out the rope. • Leave at least five full turns of wire rope on the drum.

Troubleshooting: • I only received the wired remote, the wired remote is missing. - Wired and wireless remote control is integrated. • Motor runs but Winch Drum does not turn - Free Spooling Clutch not engaged. • Motor does not turn on - Rocker Switch not connected properly/Loose battery cable connections./Defective Rocker Switch./Defective Motor./Solenoid sticking. • Motor overheating - Winch run time too long.
